Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 November 2025

 

At Elite Career Coaching, I aim to provide high-quality career coaching services that support your professional development. This Refund Policy explains your rights and my practices regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Payment Terms

  • Payments for all coaching services must be made in full before the session, unless a separate payment plan has been agreed upon.

  • Payment methods accepted: e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​

   To ensure fairness for both clients and the coach:

​

      a) Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Clients can reschedule or cancel a session if available.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Refund not available; session may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion.

 

​     b) Coach-Initiated Cancellations

  • If I cancel a session, you will receive either:

    • A full refund for the cancelled session, or

    • A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time.

      c) No-Shows

  • If a client does not attend a scheduled session without notice, no refund or credit will be provided.

​​

3. Refund Requests Due to Dissatisfaction

​

  • I aim to provide coaching that meets professional standards.

  • Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered only if:

    1. The client has attended less than 25% of the purchased sessions, and

    2. The client submits a written request within 7 days after the last attended session, explaining the reason.

  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of  Elite Career Coaching.

4. Digital Products, Workshops, or Webinars

​

  • Refunds are generally not available for digital products, recordings, or one-time workshops once access has been provided.

  • Exceptions may apply if the event is cancelled by Elite Career Coaching.

5. How to Request a Refund

​

     To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email at elitecareercoaching_helen@outlook.com or phone at 0434 432 709.

  2. Include your name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
