Terms & Conditions

Welcome! By booking or participating in any career coaching services with Elite Career Coaching, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

​

     I provide professional career coaching services, which may include:

  • ECE Students Meet-Up (Melbourne)

  • ECE Job Interview-Group Workshop (Melbourne)

  • Resume & Cover Letter Review (Online)

  • 1:1 ECE Career Private Career Coaching

Note: My coaching provides guidance, tools, and strategies, but cannot guarantee job offers, promotions, or specific career outcomes. Success depends on your engagement, effort, and external factors beyond my control.

2. Client Eligibility

​

To maintain the integrity and focus of my coaching services, I adhere to the following client eligibility criteria:

Services are independent and not affiliated with any institutions, clearly separating my private work from my academic role.

  • Current Enrolled Students: I do not accept clients who are currently enrolled in higher education programs that I am teaching. This policy ensures that my coaching services remain impartial and free from any conflicts of interest.​

  • If you are a currently enrolled student, you must wait until you have completed your course and provide your course completion letter before joining my career coaching services

 

3. Booking, Payment & Pricing

​

  • All sessions must be booked via the Elite Career Coaching website.

  • Payment is required prior to each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change, but clients will be notified at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • Payment methods:  e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions with at least [48 hours] notice.

  • Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled session may incur a fee of the full session price.

  • I may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative session.

 

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All information you share during sessions is treated as confidential.

  • I will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

​

    To make the most of coaching sessions, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about their experience, skills, and career goals.

  • Actively participate in sessions and complete any agreed-upon tasks or exercises.

  • Respect the time and effort of the coach and arrive punctually for scheduled sessions.

 

7. Limitations & Liability

  • My coaching services are advisory and do not replace legal, financial, or medical advice.

  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income, missed opportunities, or employment outcomes.

  • My total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the session(s) in question.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, and resources provided during sessions are for personal use only.

  • Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

9. Feedback & Testimonials

​

  • By providing feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using them for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any testimonial you provide will remain truthful and accurate.

10. Termination of Services

​

  • I reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client behaves inappropriately, violates these Terms, or engages in abusive or discriminatory behaviours.

  • Clients may terminate services at any time. Refunds will be provided according to my cancellation policy.

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

  • Any disputes arising from my services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Acknowledgment

​

       By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • Agree to comply with them

  • Understand the scope, limitations, and purpose of our coaching services
