Service Description
Join our small, interactive weekly meet-up for up to six ECE students. Each session starts with a warm-up to share weekly highlights and classroom experiences. Students contribute to a shared Google Doc with topics or questions on ECE practice, career pathways, and job search strategies, fostering peer discussion and reflection. The facilitator provides updates on ECE policies, industry trends, and practical career insights, followed by scenario-based discussions or strategy brainstorming. These sessions support professional growth, career readiness, and collaborative learning in early childhood education.

Welcome! By booking or participating in any career coaching services with Elite Career Coaching, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully. 1. Services Provided I provide professional career coaching services, which may include: -ECE Students Meet-Up (Melbourne) -ECE Job Interview-Group Workshop (Melbourne) -Resume & Cover Letter Review (Online) -1:1 ECE Career Private Career Coaching Note: My coaching provides guidance, tools, and strategies, but cannot guarantee job offers, promotions, or specific career outcomes. Success depends on your engagement, effort, and external factors beyond my control. 2. Booking, Payment & Pricing ​-All sessions must be booked via the Elite Career Coaching website. -Payment is required prior to each session unless otherwise agreed in writing. -Prices are subject to change, but clients will be notified at least 4 weeks in advance. -Payment methods: e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling -Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions with at least [48 hours] notice. -Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled session may incur a fee of the full session price. -I may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative session. 4. Confidentiality & Privacy -All information you share during sessions is treated as confidential. -I will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent, unless required by law 5. Limitations & Liability -My coaching services are advisory and do not replace legal, financial, or medical advice. -I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income, missed opportunities, or employment outcomes. -My total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the session(s) in question. 6. Intellectual Property -All materials, templates, and resources provided during sessions are for personal use only. -Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission. 7.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution -These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. -Any disputes arising from my services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. -If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in the courts Of Victoria.
